Be Bold, Brave & Brilliant Scholarship 

In 2019, my family and I created the Be Bold, Brave and Brilliant Scholarship with a simple but meaningful goal: to invest in young women who lead with confidence, character, and courage. Each year, a graduating senior from my alma mater is selected by faculty as someone who truly embodies what it means to be bold in her beliefs, brave when facing opposition, and brilliant in her decisions.

Since launching the scholarship in 2020, three incredible young women from my alma mater have been recognized, receiving a total of $2,500 in support—two recipients awarded $1,000 each and one awarded $500. Each of these young women represents the future of strong, empowered leadership, and it has been an honor to play a small role in their journey.

In 2023, I expanded this mission by partnering with Girls Inc. to provide additional scholarship opportunities for graduating seniors in their program. Since then, three young women have each been awarded $500 to support their education and future goals—furthering a mission that is deeply personal to me.

What started as a small initiative has grown into something much bigger: a commitment to showing young women that they are capable, supported, and worthy of pursuing their dreams. Through the Be Bold, Brave and Brilliant initiative, I am proud to continue investing in the next generation—because when we empower one young woman, we create a ripple effect that can impact an entire community.
